Roasted Peppers

Fresh peppers of the "Giallo or Rosso Quadrato d'Asti" quality, cleaned, cored and quickly roasted. Once cooked, the skin is carefully peeled by hand and packaged in preserving liquid. The final product is fleshy, firm and preserves the qualities of the fresh pepper intact.
